This unique site off the Warren Road, Donaghadee, perched on a shorefront rocky outcrop, benefits from two stunning vistas. One directly facing the Irish Sea and the other, a beautiful, all-encompassing view of Donaghadee Harbour. The building is designed into two blocks that respond individually, creating a nod in the direction of each acknowledged view through carefully considered window openings and mono pitched roofs (raised at one end).
